These two just celebrated their first anniversary - that’s how far behind I am - but what a year they’ve had. I wonder if they knew on this special day all that was to come for them. I mean, do any of us really know? Their year has been as beautiful and amazing as their special elopement in our beautiful Rocky Mountains.

Let’s just showcase that dress for a moment, shall we?

While they chose to elope, they brought their people with them in a host of special touches and sentimental items.

And a special little someone was honoured too…he was there too.

Is there any more beautiful place to say your ‘I Do’s’ than at the foot of a water fall in the mountains? Probably not. Maybe a beach, given the choice. But this was pretty spectacular.

There are certain spots that just ask for photos and this lookout is one of them.

Now, she might be a bride but she will always be her mama’s little girl. I thought it was the sweetest that they eloped but brought mom and dad along. So special.
